2018.10.02 Due to the earthquake that occurred in early September, the Clark hall, which will be the venue for our meeting, will be partially damaged and needs repair have become. Therefore, it was decided to change the venue to Hokkaido University, Faculty of Dental Medicine.
We appreciate for the generous understanding.

[Notice] [Notice on Earthquake Influences]
We suppose that the prospective participants may be worried about the damage caused by Hokkaido Eastern Iburi Earthquake on September 6th.
As of September 20th, 2 weeks after the earthquake, there are almost no effects of the earthquake in Sapporo City, and residents are coming back to a normal life.
Since the electricity supply has been almost entirely restored, causing no troubles in sightseeing, please reserve air tickets and accommodation as early as possible.
We wish you all a very good and memorable time here in Sapporo!
[Urgent] [Notice about hotel reservations]
Sapporo city is facing some difficulties concerning accommodation during the 66th JADR Annual Meeting (November 17th-18th, 2018). Concurrently with the Meeting, concerts of the Arashi group national tour will be held at Sapporo Dome. As it is a very famous and popular musical group in Japan, the reservations of hotels in Sapporo-city area has become very difficult.
We understand that this is an extremely difficult situation. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. However, we could not predict the number of attendees at the JADR meeting, so we could not contact a travel agency to reserve hotels rooms in advance.
We are still searching but situation is difficult.
As we really want to encourage as many attendees as possible from different parts of the world to join the JADR 2018, we suggest alternative places to stay. Jozankei, Chitose, Otaru and Iwamizawa are in Sapporo surrounding. It is easy to get the Meeting venue by train or bus.
In addition, we recommend you book your flight as soon as possible.
